About Me

I started training at Relate several years ago, while studying for my Masters in Relationship Therapy. I now work as a Relationship Therapist and Media Spokesperson for Relate in London, as well as running my own private practice.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in TV for 15 years, in front and behind the camera as a producer and broadcaster. Most recently, I worked for Fixers, a charity campaigning on various issues for young people, including mental health, body image and abuse, filming stories for ITV News around the country.

I live in London and come from a multicultural background including Indian, English, French and Armenian.
